Court Procedures

The legal system is a complicated and often frightening world for the average person to manage. A client who had just hired me looked over his shoulder as he left my office and said, “Now you are the one who can have the sleepless nights.” While I can’t promise you a peaceful sleep, I let my clients know that when they hire me, they no longer have to worry about the details of their case, the intricacies of the court rules, how to deal with the judge or the prosecutor, or any of the hundreds of details that come with a criminal charge.

Any attorney who promises you an outcome to your case should not be trusted. Legal representation does not come with guarantees, but I do promise my clients I will give my full attention to their case regardless of whether it is a serious felony or a civil violation. Each case is the most important case to the person charged, and I take the responsibility of my clients’ rights very seriously regardless of the crime.
